WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!

Your parish family cares for your spiritual and physical well being.  We are reaching out to those in our parish community who are over 65 years old.  A group of staff and volunteer parishioners are joining together to make phone calls to over a thousand households to let them know that "SMMCares" so that you can be confident that your food/groceries needs have a way to reach you.

Seniors: If you are hesitant to shop in the store for groceries, know that you can place an order online for either curbside pickup or delivery (usually for a fee) at most major grocers.  If you know of a family that needs assistance affording groceries, please contact St Vincent de Paul at 288-4884, ext. 4268.  If you are hesitant to place your grocery order online or cannot afford the pick-up or delivery fee, please contact SMMCares@smmcc.org.
