Natural Family Planning

"The body, and only the body, is capable of

making visible the invisible realities: the spiritual and divine.”

—Pope St. John Paul II, Theology of the Body

We use our bodies every day. Whether we are pushing ourselves harder at the gym or using our hands to serve the homeless or kneeling before the Blessed Sacrament, our bodies express a 'language' of our intentions. When it comes to a woman's reproductive health, the natural language of her body is often ignored.  Natural Family Planning (NFP) is an all-natural system of recognizing, understanding and appreciating that language.

NFP and NaPro Technology

This Ministry provides men and women with compassionate, quality, and effective Natural Family Planning and women’s reproductive health services that reflect the love of Christ.

We serve engaged and married couples during their procreative life to learn a system of natural family planning that follows the teachings of the Church. We also serve to educate single women in monitoring their gynecological health. We provide assistance to couples experiencing infertility and women experiencing health problems (i.e., miscarriage, hormone abnormalities, endometriosis, and postpartum depression).

Is NFP for Me? … The answer is YES!
